Prices
Prices listed do not include freight, handling fees, or taxes and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. Prices are subject to reasonable escalation should any excessive rise in either material or labor costs occur before shipment.
Sales Tax
All sales, use, excise or any other taxes, including duties, fees, etc., are the responsibility of the Purchaser, and will be paid directly by the Purchaser.
Tax Exempt: If you have tax exempt status, please contact us directly with your valid sales tax exemption certificate.
Terms
Crane Training USA accepts PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard through our e-Store site. All payments must be in U.S. dollars.

Order Processing
Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed the same day. This does not mean shipped the same day. Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Some orders will take longer to ship – including but not limited to items over 150 lbs which require freight shipping, and non-stock items.
Crane Training USA has a $25.00 Minimum Order Amount for online purchases.
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification and the shipment tracking number.
Status
Items displayed are either kept in stock at our location or are usually in stock. These items usually ship within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Instructions
If you have special instructions for the delivery of your order, please note them in the area provided during checkout. You may also call us to place your order at (513) 755-2177.
Carrier
For all items weighing under 150 lbs, we ship via UPS. We offer a variety of shipping options. During checkout, you will be able to select from these shipping options (cost of each shipping option will be listed on same page).

Return Policy
Crane Training USA e-Store Return Policy:
Return Policy
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 business days of your purchase. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and must call Crane Training USA at (513) 755-2177 to receive return authorization. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping using a traceable insured carrier.
Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Return Instructions
1.Please email sales@cranetraining.com to request a return, and you will be issued and RMA#.
2.Mail your returned item (along with enclosed RMA paperwork) to:
